From gym pass to entry
- Access rights are purchased or granted in Timeworks
- Timeworks creates the access rights and sends the required access information to the access control system
- The customer identifies themselves at the door, and access control checks their rights
- The door opens when the access rights are valid
Time-based gym passes
A gym pass can be valid for 1, 6 or 12 months, for example. Timeworks manages the validity of access rights, and entry is permitted on the basis of valid rights.
Single visits and multi-visit passes
Access rights can cover a single visit or a 10-visit pass, for example. Timeworks manages the number of visits remaining, and a successful entry deducts one visit. The handling of further door openings during the same workout is agreed during implementation. For example, another door opening within a defined period can count as the same visit, without deducting an additional visit.
Connection to access control
The integration implementation defines how access rights are sent to the access control system and how actual access events are returned to Timeworks for processing. Data transfers are defined according to the access control system in use and the customer’s needs.
